A Walker's Point Eating Guide
Brunch, Mexican food, pizza, burgers and late-night eats — what kind of food experience you can find in Walker's Point, and when to look for it.

Walker's Point is one of those Milwaukee neighborhoods where deciding what to eat can be harder than finding something to eat.
The neighborhood's dining scene stretches across cuisines, price points and occasions. You can start the day with brunch, grab tacos or Mexican food, split pizza or small plates for dinner, and keep eating after much of the city has started shutting down.
That variety isn't new. Walker's Point has a long history as one of Milwaukee's dining and entertainment neighborhoods, and today food remains a major part of its identity.
So instead of calling this another "best restaurants" ranking, consider it a guide to what kind of food experience you can find in Walker's Point — and when to look for it.
Start with brunch
Walker's Point doesn't wait until dinner.
The neighborhood includes breakfast and brunch destinations along with restaurants that make the area worth exploring well before nighttime.
That makes Walker's Point a neighborhood you can build an entire food day around rather than somewhere you only visit for dinner.
Mexican food is part of the neighborhood's identity
You can't talk about eating in Walker's Point without talking about its Mexican and Latino food traditions.
Those restaurants are part of a much larger food culture that helped establish the neighborhood as a Milwaukee dining destination.
This is part of what makes eating around Walker's Point different from visiting a district dominated by one style of restaurant.
Pizza, burgers, pub food & more
Sometimes the mission is simpler: pizza, burgers, wings and something cold to drink.
That's one of the strengths of Walker's Point. Different restaurants and food concepts give groups plenty of options without everybody needing to want the same thing.
Then there's late night
This is where the choices start narrowing.
A neighborhood can have dozens of restaurants during dinner and feel completely different once it gets late.
And that's exactly where Wingz & Things fits.

Eat your way through Walker's Point
The best way to understand Walker's Point food isn't through one restaurant.
Try brunch. Try Mexican food. Grab pizza. Explore the neighborhood's restaurants and food concepts.
And when the night gets late and you're ready for wings, a smash burger, fries and a lemonade? That's where we come in.
Eat Good. Live Good.
