Meet Miguel Rodriguez
Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Miguel Rodriguez has spent more than 20 years in the restaurant industry, developing a passion for great food, exceptional service, and creating memorable customer experiences.
After years of working in restaurants, Miguel recognized an opportunity to reinvent what a food truck could be. Instead of offering a limited menu, he envisioned a mobile kitchen that delivers the quality, consistency, and experience of a full-service restaurant while remaining approachable, affordable, and connected to the communities it serves.
That vision became Wingz & Things—a brand built around bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and genuine hospitality. Whether you're dining at Walkers Point Plaza or catching the Wingz & Things Mobile Food Truck somewhere across Wisconsin, every meal is prepared with the same commitment to quality and service.
